CLOSING AN ENTERPRISE
Assistance services:
Drawing up the amending documents of the articles of association, as well as of other documents subject of the registration in the trade register, granting the definite date for the documents drawn up by the assistance services, the registration of the application for registration and of the documents annexed to it of the applicants who beneficiated, upon request, of the assistance services under the Law no. 265/2022 may be carried out, against of a fee, through the assistance services from the trade register office attached to the law court.
