I. CERTIFICATE OF STATUS
The certificate of status shows the company’s up-to-date status and consists of the following
information:
- company name (firm);
- registration number in the trade register;
- unique registration code;
- European unique identifier;
- legal form;
- company’s life;
- company’s status;
- main activity;
- share capital;
- administrators;
- partners/shareholders;
- secondary activity;
- authorised activities;
- directors/representatives for branches/subunits/secondary offices;
- censors;
- information (5 indicators) from the available annual financial statements;
- other information, as appropriate.

Methods for accessing information
- online, by accessing the InfoCert service (the use of an electronic signature is not required; payment can only be made by bank card)
- online, using NTRO portal, here(an electronic signature is required; payment can be made either with a bank card or via payment order)
- e-mail: onrc@onrc.ro (payment can be made either via payment order or in person, at the counter)
- fax no. +40213160829 (payment can be made via payment order or in person, at the counter)
- by post (payment by payment order; an additional processing charge of 7,68 lei is required)
- in person, at the counter – NTRO and trade register offices attached to the law courts

II. CERTIFICATE OF STATUS FOR THE NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE HOUSE
(attesting the function and the quality within a/some professional/s)

Charge in compliance with the Order of the minister of justice no. 380/C/2024 - details:
- 30 Lei, no matter if the person is/is not/was/was not identified with functions and qualities within a/some professional/s during the last 5 years;
