Administrative complaint

Should you consider that your rights pursuant to Law no. 544/2001 were infringed, you may file a complaint to the Administrative Litigation Division of the Court where you reside or where the registered office of the public authority or institution is located.

You may submit your complaint no later than 30 days after the deadline laid down by art. 7.
