- The firm of a general partnership must consist of at least one name of the partners, with the mention “societate în nume colectiv” fully written.
- The firm of a limited partnership must consist of at least one name of the active partners with the mention “societate în comandită” fully written.
- The firm of a private limited company consists of an own name, to which can be added the name of one or more partners and it shall be followed by the fully written mention “societate cu răspundere limitată” sau “S.R.L.”.
