The draft terms of transfer shall mention the company name, the registered office, the current registration number of the European Company (SE) and shall include:

• projected registered office of the SE;
• projected statute of the SE including, as appropriate, the new designation;
• the consequences of the transfer regarding the employees’ involvement in SE;
• projected calendar for the transfer;
• all the rights provided for the protection of shareholders and/or creditors. 

For publication in the Official Gazette of Romania, the draft terms of transfer shall be also submitted as a copy, having enclosed the characters counter signed by the requester.
